GloCentric Property Fund has access to more than 40 decades of professionals working in the retail, office and industrial sector. The team has established property funds and listed one in the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE)

Our Directors have international exposure and networks with over 20 000 professional members through its association with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and their track records of running corporate entities touching all continents in the world.

GloCentric has the ability to utilise fund-level financing for property transactions in lieu of project-by-project financing which allows the fund to move more quickly.
